Hey, we got published on The Star online!

1 day, 9 hours and give or take 26 minutes until ICSA's Autism Walk. That's like, 33 hours or so!
To the participants, make sure to set your alarm clocks, aite? You wouldn't wanna sleep in this Saturday; and to the photography competition participants, make sure you recharge your battery and clear out your memory card ;)
Hope you guys can make it okkk?
Don't sympathize, empathize.
Walk!

Hey, sup guys? Just looked at the Facebook event for the walk on Saturday, and just wanted to tell you guys that all these 798 people better show your faces ok!

It's gonna be really exciting and you wouldn't wanna miss it :)
Just 3 more days to go and we hope you're as excited as we are. Please do remember registration ends at 8.30 and you can buy tickets on the day itself, by which case, do come early so that you won't be stuck in a super duper long lie waiting to buy tickets, yeah?
Alright then, see you guys thereeee!

HOLA !

I've been getting a lot of questions about what to wear and such so I'm just gonna briefly explain it here.

For tshirts, you'll be getting them as soon as your register. So you'll just have to change in one of the toilets at our school. Don't worry, they're clean. (Y)

And pants, wear whatever your feel comfortable walking in. Track pants and all that. But please make sure it's not too short. We don't want to see your goods, if you know what I mean.

Tickets are still selling so get yours as soon as possible from any Sri Aman Interactor or probationer. Make sure you tell them your I.C. number as well :)

5 DAYS LEFT UNTIL AUTISM WALK.
Just sayin'. :D

Hola amigos!

T-minus 9 days and counting, are you guys excited? Have you paid for/gotten your tickets yet? If you haven't, make sure you talk to the respective Interactor you bought tickets from and get it, aite?
Just a few reminders, ok?
  • Indecent behaviour is strictly prohibited
  • You must wear the Autism Walk t-shirt that will be given after registration
  • This is the route. Please don't stray from it :)
  • Have fun!
And a reminder to the Interactors, you guys need to sell a minimum of 5 tickets, ok? Project points will be awarded to Interactors who sell more than others. And we still need sponsors, so try to find as many sponsors as you can. And to any companies/parties that would like to sponsor, you can drop us a message on our Cbox, Lenny or e-mail us at icsaautismwalk@gmail.com

Hope to see you there!

So here are the people who made it through the auditions :

All performers are to wear the Autism Walk tshirt. You'll get it once you pay your RM25. It is compulsory to wear the shirt while you're performing.
So in short, that means you have to pay 25 bucks and get your tshirt when you register. (Y)
The maximum time for your performance is 6 minutes.

A special thanks to everyone who auditioned just now ! You were all really really good. We will post up the results as soon as possible. So check in regularly !

And to Interactors & probationers of Sri Aman, please sell as many tickets as you can by this Friday ! You can pass the money to Kimberly Xavier.

Hey guys! Just a short update to let you know that instead of releasing helium balloons into the air, we'll just distribute normal balloons with the sticks, ok?
That means we're still trying to achieve that goal of getting in Malaysian Book Of Records for Most Balloons Held By Walking For A Cause!
Now, not only are we socially aware, we're also environmentally conscious.
It's the 5th of April today, and that means it's 12 more days to the walk. You guys excited? We know we are! Make sure you guys buy tickets from any ICSA interactor you know, or you can just buy the ticket on the day of the walk itself, whichever suits you, but remember, early bird catches the worm!
Also, I'd like to remind you guys that tomorrow is the audition for performances during the walk, aite? As mentioned in the previous post, this audition will be held in the Sri Aman Gallery (situated beneath the school office) from 2.30 onwards.
Don't be shy ;)
And remember, don't sympathize, empathize.
Walk!
